large organizations, government, higher education establishments, and managed service
providers.

- PureMessage for UNIX scans email and attachments for specific keywords, credit card numbers, phrases, or patterns, and re-routes or tags inbound/outbound messages based on their content. It also blocks messages, removes or renames attachments, notifies or warns users, and routes to third-party end-to-end encryption or archiving solutions based on a wide range of message attributes.

- PureMessage for UNIX’s management console enables centralized administration across multiple servers, providing automated quarantine management, message tracing, and reporting on email traffic and threat activity.
- Role-based administration allows the master administrator to assign rights and privileges based on organizational need. These can relate to policy, quarantine, groups, separate companies, and departmental sub-administrators. In addition, individual users are able to manage their own personal quarantines.
