How It Works: Sophos XGS Refresh Promotion

Step 1: Eligibility Check

Before you can take advantage of our trade-in promotion, ensure that you qualify. This offer is available to both new customers and those currently using an XG Series firewall or any Sophos product. The offer does not apply to Passive High Availability (HA) units unless accompanied by a minimum three-year term for Xstream Protection.

Step 2: Select Your New Hardware

Choose the XGS Series model that best fits your needs. Our models range from the XGS 88/88w, suitable for smaller setups, to the more advanced XGS 108/108w and above, which are perfect for larger, more demanding environments.

Step 3: Place Your Order

Step 4: Validation of Current Firewall

Sophos may require validation of the ownership of your current firewall. This could include providing an invoice, serial number, or other documentation as deemed appropriate by Sophos to confirm ownership.

Step 5: Processing and Shipping

Note on Entry-Level Models

For existing Sophos SG Series customers only: Buy an XGS Series hardware appliance with at least 3 years of Xstream Protection and get 50% discount on XGS 88(w) and 99% discount on all other XGS models, 1% discount on Xstream Protection, plus an optional 100% discount on a 3-year subscription of Web Server Protection, and 60% discount on a 3-year subscription of Central Email Advanced (any user count). Two separate promo codes are required.
To be eligible for the Promotion:
- The purchase order must include an XGS Series hardware appliance and an Xstream Protection subscription for that appliance model with a minimum term of 3 years. The 3-year subscriptions for Central Email Advanced and Web Server Protection are optional discounts using a separate promo code. All XGS models are eligible for this promotion, however, the discount for XGS 88 and XGS 88w is at the reduced rate of 50% (vs. 99% for all other models)
- The order must be for a single existing Sophos SG Series customer as a replacement for their current hardware appliance (the relevant serial number should be provided when ordering). It is not necessary to return your SG Series appliance.
- Existing SG Series customers who have already migrated to Sophos Firewall OS (SFOS) are also eligible for this Promotion when they switch to XGS hardware. This Promotion may not generally be combined with other Sophos promotional offers that give discount on the same products and may not be used in combination with additional discretionary discounting.
The Partner organisation and participants in this Promotion must comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and the Sophos policy at all times.
